Health is wealth. Without a perfectly fit, the number of things and activities you can do is limited. Many people know this that is why they are striving to achieve a healthy and fit body. And to do this, they are being very particular and picky with the food they eat. Most of the times, they would just eat veggies and fruits. I am not saying that this isn’t healthy. It is just that to the way to a perfect health is a balanced diet. You should take different kinds of food in right amounts. Meaning, you shouldn’t totally ban meat and fats in your diet. Just eat right amounts of everything. Because if you will totally avoid a particular food, we can’t call it balanced diet anymore.
