Business school requires a prospective student to pass the gmat prep exam. This helps the educational system to screen out those that do not have the aptitude to continue in a business career like accounting and others. After all, the educational system can only provide a finite number of students. Thus, prospective students need to study for the exam to place themselves higher in the list.
